CHOOSE YOUR FIRST USEFUL RESULT

Two ways to put AI to work.

Start with marketing if you’re new to AI. Already using it for posts and graphics? Build your brand kit, then explore one custom workflow.

01PAGES 3–11

Marketing that feels
like your business.

Turn your colors, fonts, examples and rules into a reusable brief. Make one asset, ask for specific revisions and check the final export.

  • A brand kit and reference worksheet
  • A complete marketing walkthrough
  • Five prompts, from first brief to final asset

Leave with: an approved kit, one checked marketing asset and instructions you can reuse.

02PAGES 12–26

Small tools that fit
the way you work.

Examine one job you pay software to do. Describe the smallest useful version, brief Codex or Claude Code and test it against real workflow rules.

  • A subscription audit and first-version worksheet
  • Build briefs and workflow-specific prompts
  • Tests for edge cases, saved data and permissions

Leave with: a small build brief, a tested preview and a decision about whether to continue.

PAGES 27–31

Then decide whether it’s ready. A safe changeover checklist, ownership and maintenance, an optional seven-session plan and sources.

FROM JAMIE’S BULLFROG WORK

Six grounded examples.
Lessons you can use in your own place.

Real requests and project lessons, paired with newly written teaching prompts. Each case makes the checks as concrete as the idea.

01 / MARKETING

Keep the brand consistent

Bring the real logo, exact type and colors. Make revisions that protect what already works.

02 / BOOKING

Define what “booked” means

Separate a request from a confirmation. Check conflicts, cancellations and the approval path.

03 / TRIVIA

Make the scoring testable

Turn game rules into explicit logic. Check answers and totals before trusting a live game.

04 / MUSIC BINGO

Test the full event workflow

Connect the playlist, cards and host checks. Identify missing matches before the event.

05 / STAFF & HOST SCHEDULING

Check what actually saves

Define who can approve changes. Test conflicts, permissions and saved status after refresh.

06 / BREWERY MANAGEMENT

Respect the operating detail

Use batch sheets, recipes, ingredients, costs and cellar planning to scope a useful first tool.

Project status is a snapshot from October 6, 2026. BrewSheets has documented operating use; the separate commercial brewery-software product was not live. These cases do not claim subscription cancellations or measured savings.

TRY IT WITH YOUR NEXT REAL JOB

BEFORE YOU BUY

A workbook.
A clear place to start.

Use the tools you already have. Pick one job, define what good looks like and check the result.

What will the $7.95 purchase include?

The complete 31-page PDF workbook, an editable DOCX workbook and a TXT pack with 15 copyable prompts, packaged as a buyer ZIP. It is a one-time digital purchase in USD. Your files are ready to download as soon as checkout finishes, and we email you the link.

Do I need to know how to code?

You can start with the brand and marketing track using plain-language briefs. The custom-tool track helps you define and test a small project with Codex or Claude Code. A working tool still needs appropriate review, ownership and maintenance.

Does this include AI access or a working app?

No. AI access, hosting and other services may cost extra. The workbook does not include software subscriptions, development services or a working replacement app. It does not promise a particular saving or finished system.

Can I edit the worksheets and copy the prompts?

Yes. The DOCX workbook uses ordinary editable text, and the separate TXT pack makes the prompts easy to copy. Replace bracketed fields with your own details and check every output.

How do refunds and download help work?

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after you download the workbook. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we’ll help fix the problem.

We refund duplicate charges and purchases where the product materially differs from its description, and provide any refunds required by law. Your nonwaivable refund and dispute rights remain intact.
